Your presence is encouraged during the inspection. By being present, you can become familiar with the home and your inspector can explain things to you as you move through the house.

All inspection reports are comprehensive. They are narrative in form (not just checks in boxes) with digital pictures to make any items that need to be addressed, easy to visualize and understand. I will gladly review the report with you to answer question or concerns you may have.
